Pretty amazing in just 5 weeks what a difference: from the "blob" to human appearing! It took about an hour to complete (which we didn't mind getting all the views!) and you could see the hands, feet, fingers, heart, spine, brain and facial features but no gender just yet!! Baby Dube was just kinda flipping around in there.... We go back next week for the "official" results of all the measuring and blood work.
Interesting fact for those who are interested in medical stuff: apparently even if both parents are rh+ you can still have a rh negative baby! Good to know since I was starting to think something happened with the milk man mom! (Just kidding!) Both my parents are + but I am A-. On the other hand, if both parents are rh negative, you cannot have a + baby. Unfortunately, I will be getting Rhogam :(
