Back to work hasn't been too bad, it was like riding a bike- just jumped back into it. The difference is that I want to get in and get out! And I want to leave work, behind at work! Everyone has been supportive at work with 1. getting back into the groove but 2. with my mom, so for that I am grateful.
The biggest news around here is that Moira is giggling! I'm totally turning into that mom who obsesses over all these little milestones, but it is so cute- I can't help it! She started at the end of last week really laughing, then over the weekend she just took off with it! It's just exciting that she is responding to you talking and interacting with her!! It's awesome!
This Thanksgiving, I am working 8 hours during the day so Mike is headed down to CT with Moira to see his family and then will head back up to have dinner when I get out of work with my sisters, Paul, Paul's mom and a friend. Although it will be different, we're going to make the best of it. Sue has made Thanksgiving dinner before so she already has the skills down! We know the holidays are going to be tough this year, but we do have this adorable face to help us through!!
